For all services relating to any matter in the UK Saleem and his organization. (Check register HERE) are regulated by the Bar Standards Board of England and Wales. This means that you can complain to the BSB directly if you have any concerns regarding anything at all concerning the services we provide. However, before you go to the BSB we have our own internal complaint handling procedure. You can send your complaint directly to Saleem at Head@legalline.info and the matter will be dealt with in 14 days. You can also approach the Legal Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with the way we have served you and/or handled your concerns. The BSB requires that we make our fee structure clear. We will agree in writing with you before we undertake any chargeable work on your behalf. Depending on your situation we will agree on an hourly rate or a lump sum fee with you before any work is commenced.
